That's actually sorta expensive? $500, plus safety equipment, plus $500/car + $100/driver entry fees?
Had it been cheaper I would be really interested! But I'd much rather invest the same into a GRM $200x challenge car.

I hear ya Pete, we'd spend ~$1000 on the car, plus another couple hundred bucks each for the fees, but really the cost of getting out there and back would be pretty big too. But I can dream can't I?

Seriously though, I'll find and buy the beater if I could get some other contributions/drivers interested. If we got like 6 people together, we might each be able to throw in ~$400 for the whole weekend/car/entry fees. It'd be like, slightly more than the cost of a HPDE weekend, and you'd get 4 hours of track time (well, assuming the car runs for 24 hours).
