Curtis, my name is Patrick Crowley. I am a reporter for The Cincinnati
Enquirer, but I also work for Newsweek magazine. I'm writing a story for
Newsweek's annual college guide on college students who have customized
cars, and I'm looking for owners of Scion, WRX, Evo, Civic, Focus,
Cobalt and others. Do you know anyone who fits the description, or could
you post something on your site asking if any college students would be
willing to be interviewed and possibly photographed? I can be reached at

I think someone needs to write him and inform him about MM as a whole... we have bling, racers, track whores, etc... he might want to do a follow up peice on us in general

Racers, Instructors, Students, Race Officials, the car show... the "idea" of a car club that started not to long ago... has exploded into a recognizable name at tracks up and down the east coast. Crewing for Bimmer World... there are SO many things we have our hands in as a club. Hell we probably have more support fromt he local businesses and community via the car show than the University has ever given us.

A thriving and well known college car club without a FSAE group... btw, we need to get the ball rolling on the GRM car

Ironically enough, do we have any students with modified Scion, WRX, Evo, Civic, Focus, or Cobalts in the club right now? Guess it doesn't matter, we have plenty of modded cars to go around.

I would definitely tell the dude about the club too, I'm sure it would be relevant to his story.

I guess i fall into the prereq's (ie.civic), evenethough I'm not in MM, I'll try to drop some plugs where i can.
