Beware the Katrina Car

Apparently there's a flood (no pun intended) of flood damaged cars from LA. It's not illegal to sell them if the damage is reported but that is happening apparently. So far, insurance companies only have 200,000 cars listed in their databases. I wonder how many cars there were, total, in the affected states.
