So the Supra got hit.....*Pics*

Yup, guess it had to happen to me sometime. I was backing out of my spot in p-run this morning and was all the way out of my spot and this chick in a celica was looking at her cd player and thought she was going around me and scraped across my bumper. The rear bumper doesn't need to be replaced but it will have to be removed and painted.

She was very apologetic and polite and offered to pay for it. Of course I took her up on it, and we went into the P-run office. I wrote out a little contract saying that she would pay for the repairs and we both signed it as well as a witness in the office.

Went and got estimates today and they ranged from $360-$480.

Shit sucks.

Yeah, she was really cool about it. I was mad initially and as soon as I got out of the car she was already apologizing. She even said, "Supra's are my absolute favorite cars I can't believe I hit one."
Also there is really no point in being busted up about it and stayin pissed. I don't have to pay for it, and even if I did stay mad...it wouldn't change anything. Just have to take things in stride.

Wow she is nice, way too many hit and runs, grrrr....a lot of us have been having that happen to us these past two weeks. At least my paints already destroyed and I dont care right now.

At least you get nice new paint on that rear...too bad it didnt clip the spoiler cuz I know a lot of those have paint fade...or better yet, how bout she not even hit a car!

I think you should go ahead and get the dents pulled and respray whatever you want while you've got it in the shop. They'll already have the paint mixed and it'll be in the booth, might as well.

I think she just managed to skim his bumper as she drove by and Ryan was backing out.

Some of the black streaks should buff out. As far as the gaping primer show through goes thats gonna need paint :x

...god, still a beautiful car....

that was a lot more damage than i thought (for her car). I thought it would've just been a graze and paint exchange, but man, that's some serious damage for a low-speed accident.

I hope you don't have to spend a penny getting her (supra) fixed.
