Interesting concept, I would like to see test results (Jack - insert some Tom Cruise pic if you feel the need.)

EDIT - Problems I see:
-If engine burn efficiency went up from 35 to 97%, fuel economy should have increased, not decreased.
-The amount of water stored inside such a small machine could not produce any valuable amount of hydrogen.

wow, it said this is really close to a possible relase too. That's incredible. Maybe oil prices will drop tremedously too.
