It's the name of one of the tracks from Kanye West's new album, Late Registration. I love this album already and I got it yesterday. Such an eclectic mix of sound. I suggest y'all pick up a copy.

I never said West hating bush = West hating whites, which is why I said listen to his lyrics. Sure, his songs are loved by white youth because they are catchy and easily consumable... However, the white youth is dumb and listens to songs based on catchiness and sound while completely neglecting the message being conveyed.
I stand by my claim that Kanye West hates white people... I laugh when I see a white person buying his album or talking him up... I just can't help it... American Idiot is all I've got to say... If you want to buy a good album, get that one.
