wtf is up with kids these days ? Sure I grew up in farm country too, but we drank and smoked pot to get high, we didn't choke ourselves. I heard of people trying to make other kids pass out for fun, but I always thought they were retarded.

I can't imagine what kind of high these kids are getting by choking each other out. I have choked two people out, completely unconcious (grappling, jiu jitsu). The process of coming to was scary as hell. The first time I was grappling with this guy, got his back, and got a RNC (rear naked choke) on him. I didn't completely have it and he was fighting it. I saw his hand and it looked like he was going to tap out, but then he didnt. Then I notice he stoped resisting, so I let go slightly, and he was out cold. He then started convulsing like he was having a seziure. After a few seconds of that he came back too and had no idea what happened.

In that link they said they don't think anyone else was involved. What I want to know is how was the kid choking himself then? They said he was found in a tree, does that mean he hung himself...? Who would try to choke themselves doing that? Maybe he just wanted to kill himself, who knows.
