ummm, i dont see anything wrong with what the police did. the dumb bitch wasnt complying and then tried to hit the policeman when he tried to get her out of the car. my friend at work covers non lethal weapon development and the taser videos he has all kick ass.

he probably got a stun gun. stun guns use pain for compliance which wont work on some cracked out drug addict. tasers are very different, they pulse high voltage to stimulate the muscles making yourself virtually useless as you stiffen up like a board. all the conferences i've been to which taser has had reps at, they always offer a free tshirt if you can be tased for 5 seconds. i refuse to do it because i'm almost positive i'd shit my pants if i got tased.

yeah, people do it all the time. its funny though, i was talkin to a marine at work and he did it as many others do to prove their manliness. he was saying how as soon as you get hit, you lose all muscle function and scream like a little girl.
