NASA Eastercross Sun 3/27 @ VMP: MM help needed!
#1
Hey all-

We need four dedicated MM volunteers for the NASA Mid Atlantic Eastercross at VMP in Dinwiddie on Sunday March 27th.

From 9am to Noon we need two MMers to set up and handle Registration, and two MMers to set up and handle Tech. From Noon to 5:30pm we need four MMers on and off for various duties (worker assignments, speedy heat changes, late registration/tech, lunch getter, fill-in timing / scoring / announcing, etc.) And from 5:30pm to 6pm we need all four MMers to help with cleanup.

For your devoted assistance that day you get:

a) to compete for free (a $40 value)
b) food, drinks, etc courtesy of NASA
c) to help your club (NASA donates $50 for each volunteer)

In addition, all other MMers can show up and participate for the NASA member rate of $40, without any additional helping required (except for your normal work/run assignments of course.)

To the four dedicated helpers, please email me immediately at nasacross05@get-fast.net or call me at 804-397-FAST. (Please do not commit to one of the four spots unless you can definitely be there. I need to know that you're "IN" for sure as soon as you sign up.)

Thanks in advance, and see you on the 27th!

can we be registered through you (getfast)?

We will both be running my car so if we could have different worker heats and different running heats if that would be possible as well Big Grin

Sounds good, shoot me an email and we'll get it straight. Have you guys ever worked Tech (or worked an autocross) before?

Thanks!

Wow, I didnt recognize the name at first, but your Jon with the SE-R, right? I just realized this when this was posted on the sr20forum. Will you be racing? If you see me in the 91 SE-R be sure to say hi. Maybe we can talk about the 2006 SE-R convnetion and what the track day will involve.

Yep I used to have some SE-R's, but it's been a couple of years. I just saw that my buddy Zach put notice up on sr20forum. Great cars, I miss owning one sometimes (it didn't help that I was in one to Daytona and back, and instructing in one at VIR, last month alone.)

'06 SE-R convention? Hmmmm, the one a few years ago at Summit Point was a blast...
