i feel about the same. i can't judge him since i know nothing about him but i bet some words were said to instigate all this craziness. people dont just flip out for no reason.

My neighbor last year, who was Indian, received over a 100 stitches when some guys decided to use a broken bottle on him. Luckily he was removed from the school...Abbie (which is what we called him) said the guys thought he was black. He was in Pheasant Run when it happened.

Evan I don't know how you could have read that from my post. First of all, when people are saying these negroes this, these Africans thats, then go on to say things like "I'm not very happy with that race right now" it makes one tend to wonder what kind of attitude that person is harboring. I'm not a PC nazi but repeatedly referring to race really has no point. The last time I got harassed going through airport security it was an Asian dude. You don't see me complaining about that 'oriental' this, that chinaman that. I didn't particularly find his comments offensive, it just makes me suspicious because usually its ignorant people I hear talking like that.

The guy also said later that his friend said "Wassup" in an aggressive manner. If you roll up on a group of dudes looking for a fight obviously saying something provocatively could trigger something.

hehe... marching band... i was in it for 2 years in high school, and yes we went away to camp for it i was required to be in it by being 1st chair in our top band but i was an athamalete too so i was able to get out of it...
