Old MOBO and computer stuff, cheap

take all of this for $25?  I'll pay shipping.  worked rock solid, now its just taking up space in my closet and its either getting sold or tossed.  maybe good for a kids setup or TV media machine.

Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3P with an Intel Pentium E5200 2.5GB processor, 2GB DDR2 G.Skill RAM (the Corsair RAM was tossed, slow(er) and old).  Fan was taken off when i was considering pirating it for another project but bailed on that.  comes with Arctic Silver compound so you can remount the fan fresh.  


ASUS Radeon HD 4350 512MB 64-Bit DDR2 video card.  600mhz.


old CS4 Student Edition suite.  product code included, but since i still use Adobe it may not work so you might have to fish for a code.  Premiere Elements discs, code for Photoshop included.  Old windows XP install disc, no code.


giant ass AZZA fan with shroud.  135x135x25, i think it has LEDs as well.


brand new stock Intel CPU fan with the thermal compound untouched in box. this came with my Xeon processor but i went with an aftermarket fan...which was a waste btw
