Random part is random, but its (almost) the last part I have to sell from my Miata parts stash so I figured WTH, maybe someone knows someone who wants it. Local pickup preferred, and I will be going to Hburg this weekend if anyone in the area there wants it, I can bring it.

I have for sale a NB Miata trunk lid, with a sport package spoiler attached, that is painted Highlight Silver. I purchased it with the intention of repainting it Sapphire Blue for my 10AE, but I have since sold the car.

It's in decent shape, not perfect but no visible dings/dents and only minor surface corrosion in a few spots. There are a couple larger paint chips here and there and it could use a good polish. If you're like me and have the intention of repainting it, there are no issues that should really bother you. See the photo album link below for more detailed photos.

I would much prefer a local pickup, but I can ship it if absolutely necessary.
Pick Up
I'm located in Fairfax, VA, in the Wash DC metro area. I can make myself available for a local sale, and I would be willing to travel a shorter distance to, say, meet a buyer half way or something.
Shipping
This is a big, akward item and I originally received it on a FedEx pallet with some other Miata parts as part of a large order. My measurements indicate it would need a box at least 43x25x7, meaning a custom box would have to be made. A call to my local UPS store said this would run about $60-70 including packing materials if I just bring them the lid and have them do their thing (which the rep told me includes some form of shipping insurance for damage). So, factor that plus I would estimate at least $100 in shipping charges themselves - I can work with interested parties in greater detail but realize it won't be cheap. If shipped I accept no responsibility for damages incurred.
I am asking $120 plus shipping if req'd - first person to get $ in my hands gets it. No trades and I want to keep the spoiler and lid intact. Interested parties can reach me via PM on here or by emailing david (dot) goodspeed (at) gmail (dot) com. Thanks!
