a coworker and 18 year smoker used the patch- but only for 3 days in the beginning, he said it worked best that way. Any longer and you are dependent on the patch.
All weekend... smoke free. thanks for the punches and all that stuff... i needed it... under the saturday stress and the sunday boredom...
I made it through the Hizzyfest weekend... i didnt even go off into the woods and smoke a secret one.... i'm offically done with smoking. now its time for the rest of you assholes.

i did it cold turkey for like 5 months.
then while drunk i smoked one.
now i only smoke when there is drinkin involved and even at that, i have to be pretty hammer timed to light up
