Basically, this girl died in real life, so these peole were having an in-game funeral for her. These clowns from this alliance guild - 21 of them, show up and kill 50+ horde that were waiting in line to pay their respects or wahtever. They had posted on the WoW forums to please respect them and whatnot, and these assholes show up and kill the lot of them, lol. The music is the best part of the video

I believe there was a real death.. but there was an INGAME funeral held for this person for their online friends. During this INGAME funeral a rival clan/team came and just wiped them out. People play this game likes its real life, its a very hardcore community of gamers. I only halfway understand because I've seen it second hand through friends. It takes over your life. :lol:
For those of us that play, and understand MMORPGs it's actually kinda funny. . . . or for those that take it too seriously it's rather disappointing that someone would stoop to that.
Personally I find it quite hilarious. You can't post about something like that and not expect griefers to show up.
funny... that guy was not making a kill every time that yellow shit popped up... he was in a group so it was popping up any time SOMEONE in his group killed somebody.

Hahaha that shit's like gang warfare. You can't announce when and where you're gonna have a funeral and not expect it to get shot up by your rivals (thus making it a mass funeral). Kinda mean-spirited but then again that's part of the fun, you can be as much of an asshole as you want online.

PvP in that game was ment for the assholes. I guess thats why i got so good at pvp... with a healing class in healing spec. but it gets boring fast... but now and then some of the old crew log on to disrupt 20 and 40 man raids from going to instance. 5v20 and 10v40... good times...

i find it very disrespectful. although it may have been in a game world, it was for a very real reason. for some of these people, some of whom may be hundred of miles a way, this was their only way to pay respects to this person.
that said, the worst part is that some of these gamers across our great nation, are not in the best mental condition and could very well take their revenge for this act to real life. not saying it "will" happen, but our past has proven that people like this do exist.
i'm not a gamer hater either.
