see Keith, the beauty of the chili Jay and I have created is that it's zesty and spicy but not stupid hot. you taste a bunch of flavors but it still gives you a fat kick.

i promise you won't pass out, but i can't say you won't start sweating and have mud-butt halfway through the evening.

everyone bring your own crock pots if ya got em. stove space will be very limited, and Im sure you dont want to babysit your chili stirring it the whole time anyway

Im actually making 2 kinds this year. 1 big pot of B00st R0t chili like last year, and a tamer turkey chili for the ladies/wussies/nonbeef eaters. Last time I made it, it was actually quite tasty.
