they're very enjoyable, i recommend them.
they also have morning or afternoon courses (two sessions) so you're not sitting on your ass at all during Saturday and Sunday.
Any non-track weekend, you folks are welcome to stay with us. it's about a 30 minute drive to where the MSF class is held...
