Fender Rolling Tool for Rent
#1
MM,

I purched a nice fender rolling tool and I'm offering it to the MM community for $45/7 days/car to the club should you want to use it. I normally charge $50/7days/car.

If you need it, as long as I know you or you have a fair amount of posts on the board, we won't have to worry about a deposit or whatnot. Also, if anyone on any of your other boards might need it I'd love your referral in paying off my investment ;-).

Details and pictures may be found on my site: http://www.85xr.com/Fender_Roll.htm

Thanks!
Peter

Need to borrow the tool? I'm happy to lend it out! I do request a $50/week rental fee. It's a $320 tool, and at 20 lbs, when you feel it you will understand what I mean by "Professional Quality!" Scroll down for more info:

About the tool:

This is a pro-grade tool designed to "roll" fenders and leave a professional result. Increase tire/fender clearance, flare fenders and/or repair wheel arch collision damage with this pro grade forming tool. Bolts directly to hub flange. Elongated holes in adapter plate fit all popular 4 and 5 bolt hubs, and are held in place with the included dished washers and vehicles lug nuts. Forming arm adjusts from 14" to 22 3/4" Delrin ® ball bearing forming roller is tough enough to form the fender without damaging the paint.

ÔÇóIncreases tire to fender clearance.
ÔÇóAdjustable forming roll gradually rolls inner lip flat.
ÔÇóNon-Marring Delrin┬«forming roll preserves original finish.
ÔÇóAdjustable arm length fits a wide range of automotive and light truck applications.
ÔÇóDurable heavy steel powder coated construction.

What's Included:

1 Fender rolling tool and necessary washers/hardware,
1 Heat gun to warm paint to prevent cracking

How to rent this tool:

Renting can be done by PayPal or Money Order. ItÔÇÖs a pro-grade tool that does an excellent job. I include it and a heat gun so that you donÔÇÖt crack the paint. The cost for rental is $50/week (7 days) from the time it leaves my door until I have confirmation via tracking number that it has left your house enroute back to me. This usually gives 4-5 days for you to use it and get it on the UPS truck.

You also pay for shipping both ways, and thus why I say ÔÇ£when itÔÇÖs on the truck back to meÔÇØ so that you can do ground shipping and spend as little as possible. I also ask for sake of the tool that folks donÔÇÖt get a bunch of cars together for those 7 days and roll 16 fenders, itÔÇÖs just too much wear and tear for $50. I just ask that you try to keep it to at most 2 cars per week, and if you want to do more that week, that they rent the tool separately. IÔÇÖm sure you understand.

You are responsible for damages and I take pictures of the tool each time it is retuned so that I can compare it down the road.

If I don't know you and you are not a active member of any boards I read, I require a $300 deposit that is refunded once the tool is returned. This is usually all done by PayPal. If you do not use PayPal I can do it through my company's credit card prosessing capabilities.

It comes in and out all the time, so please let me know as soon as possible if you would like to borrow it so that I can hold it. (Email Me)[url]http://www.85xr.com/Fender_Roll.htm

It works well, I was very pleased with it. A little patience and through use with the heat gun and they look great!

Nick325is used it on his BMW and I think did a great job.

The fender roller did a very good job of rolling my fenders. I chipped some paint and didn't do the best of jobs on the front right fender but that was my fault.
I currently am running 235/40/17 with no problem.
