IF I were to keep the 318 and register it down here, I'm not sure it would pass VA emissions. I scraped by NJ emissions back in May, but I'm a little scurred of VA.
I really hate to use other people's hookups, so don't feel obliged. I'm just asking. PM if need be.
Big L tire dosen't do anything but check the basics. i haven't seen or heard of any emissions tests in this area.

I dunno where my man Big L is, but I'd need some sort of a NoVA passing.
When I registered the s2k, the DMV lady asked if I passed emissions and I said yeah, but she didn't ask for proof. So that's kind of another angle.
Yeah, NoVa requires emissions. The 'burg doesn't. I haven't found any place.
Big L is on the corner of "Gay and Liberty" streets respectively in harrisonburg.

In MD we have exeptions that if you spend $500 every 2 years on 'emissions related repairs' you can get a waiver. Might want to look for something like that in VA. If you are just talking about an off road mid pipe or something pick up another on to swap on for testing.

if you need emissions, register the car down in the 'burg, for inspection PM me..
I can't disclose where I get my car passed for both safety and emissions...so good luck with it.
I'd register in the hburg if you can....and the Monroe in town is pretty damn lenient.
