so i get this call from boobies at like 7:45. he tells me that there is a carrera GT parked next to the KFC on cantrell, and no, he's not joking. so JayRay and i jump in his civic and take off. i can conclude that the myth of the elusive H-burg carrera GT is fact! i can also conclude that getting stains out of my pants is very inconvenient.

it was great.. went from an empty parking lot with only a Carrera GT to about 10 cars and 20 people gathered around it jacking off.

my boys (blue STI) were on there way home to nova from snowboaring and were stopping by to see me and they call to tell me the black carerra gt i told them about is in a parking lot.. so i dip out to see it. the only person in MM that i have a number for is chris so i call him and tell him to spread the word..also a few random car people stopped by to check it out too. before you know its the hot spot in hariisonburg. dave, ryan, scotty, jray, chris. and about 15 other people

too bad the dude was kinda an ass. walks out to the car where it was once alone in the lot to about 20 people taking picture that were obviously car ethusiasts and all he says is "this is the biggest crowd yet" and gets in his car and leaves. thank god he got on it alittle... sexiest sound ever.. makes a ferrari sound like a honda.

-well weird,,, one side had a red center locking lug.. other side blue
-carrera GT logo on 3rd brake light
-carbon fiber fender liners
-carbon fiber floor
-carbon fiber EVERYTHING haha
-separate rear caliper for e brake.
-bad ass HUGE ducting in front
-335 rear tires
-completely flat underneath for aerodynamics in carbon haha
-dash plaque #553
-sick LED tailights
-weird- ugly.. wood grain shift knob

One side is reverse threaded - like 'real' racing cars - the nut cant back off, since the wheel is spinning the direction that it tightens. Although the torque spec is some obscene 400 ft-lbs on those carrera gt lug nuts...

I wouldn't have believed it without the pic. There is a yellow one at the alexandria porche dealership on route 1 that I see every almost every day on my way to work. One of my favorite supercars for sure.

actually got to touch one at that same dealership (next to the bmw one right?) where they got the first silver one in july
...it still had the foam and plastic everywhere

bicycles are the same way, but with the pedals. i never remember which is which so i just yang like a mofo until something pops loose
