The way I used to treat aggressive drivers:
Tailgating = 4->2 downshift and pop the clutch (did this to a Civic 1st week I got the SHO, he almost slammed into my rear bumper, tried to follow me afterwards and I had to lose him on some scary back roads) or the reverse pass (always the favorite with the GL)
Cutting me off = 4->2 downshift and passing them at 70mph (god even know how many times I did this)
Doing something stupid = depends, ranges from yelling, cursing, flicking them off to blocking off 2 lanes of traffic and jumping out of the car. Example of the Lee road rage chronicles follows.
A guy in a Chevy Silverado pickup decided to make a left hand turn from the right hand lane directly in front of me - literally while I was beside his car. He started to come over and I laid on the horn, and laid on the horn, and laid on the horn some more - even after I stayed on it for 3+ seconds he was STILL coming over - there was a curb to my right and I had no where to go, I came inches away from hitting him and the curb. Guy stops half turned directly in front of me, gives up making the corner and keeps going straight. I was so pissed I floored my car past his (2 lane 1-way road, passed on the right) swerved in front of him, slammed on the brakes and hit the e-brake so the car went sideways and both lanes were blocked. Jumped out, screaming "DID YOU NOT SEE MY F!*&iING CAR! WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU TRYING TO DO!!!! This went on for about 30 seconds, got back in and peeled off. Drive about 100 feet, and what else do I see but a cop pointing at me to pull over
. He asked what I was doing yelling at that car and peeling out / speeding away, I explained, he told me to calm my ass down and not leave till I did. Then he just walked off.
I really try not to let my temper get the best of me these days and have really calmed down within the past year, but I still have my moments. I usually just let people go or give them the finger if they do something completely stupid - I wouldn't say I am completely cured of my raging tendencies though.

Why do people just post what they are thinking? Without thinking.
