I have a movable "misc." tag that has insurance on it that I slap on my toys. I dont even have to title them.
I feel more like i do now than I did before.
Oooohhh, how'd you get that?

Well for one they are slightly over priced for most of their bikes... BUT in refrance to a salvaged bike... the insurance company thinking is... if the factory didnt "build" it, it could come "apart" on you. A good friend of mine works for Geico here in NOVA. your insurance price is about 25% higher on average with a salvaged bike or car than with one that isnt.
swapping plates and carrying "other" bikes papers isnt my idea of how i own bikes. I keep it square and above board with the DMV and insurance company. One accident my fault + 14mph over tickent = They cut my insurance $35 a month .... maybe i'm just too nice to them.

What I do is totally legit. I have the title but I do not register the bike. It's kinda like a dealer tag.
I got it cause my dad is part owner of a business in PA.
