Ok, since I did my rear brake swap (to discs) I've been having this problem with the driver's rear. It drags! I've now replaced the caliper, the mounting bolts, the pins, and the pads. The only thing reimaining are the brackets, but I don't see how they could cause it to drag. Any ideas? I'm about all out of them.

Crimped brake line? E-brake cable not fully disengaging? Did you use caliper grease on the pins making sure that the caliper was moving on them easily? It is also possible that one of the holes in the master cylinder that allows fluid to return into the reservoir is plugged up.
Why do people just post what they are thinking? Without thinking.

brake line is straight, e-brake isn't even installed, pins are well greased... i kinda wanna go to a larger master cylinder so i guess i'll try that next

I know it sounds stupid and I don't know the design of your rear brakes but could have installed the pad incorrectly? I know on my mustang I have to line up little nippes on the back of the pad with grooves in the caliper piston. (Screw/push in style piston). If you don't line them up then the pad won't release fully and drag.

yeah this is the same, but i'm like 87.3% certain i lined it up. at least i was aware of that fact when i installed them and made a conscious effort to do so... i guess i'll recheck that.
the thing that i think it is, the caliper feels a little loose when i bolt it on the the bracket tightly. the other side is much firmer. like with your hand you can move the caliper maybe a millimeter. i got new pins and bolts, but it didn't really fix it.
i hate cars...

Maybe the hub/wheel bearing assy is tweaked?

there is no play in it and it didn't come off a damaged car...

Well if you have the time you could swap them left to right (the hubs) and see if you can isolate that problem.
