I thought you were supposed to hold your line when being lapped? Isn't it the passers responsibility to find another way around? Despite me thinking this is true, I've often seen slow cars give up a line, so I don't know what's going on! Seems almost like it's series specific on what the track etiquite is. (I've never been too clear on this and since I don't race yet, I never bothered to figure it out)
There's a difference between holding your line and allowing faster traffic to pass and blocking like the 911 and mustang fags like to do in DE's

Looking at a LA Times blurb it said that around 45,000 showed up over the weekend. Not bad I'd say but I think like 70,000 showed up for the National GP in DC a few years back. Goes to show how lazy the import crowd can be...

Can anyone but RJ and Mike name the two famous drivers in this picture? On the right is Tsuchiya! DID YOU MEET HIM?!?!
Well, I couldn't get to LA on the 18th and 19th. I got there on the 20th and missed the whole darned thing! DAMN IT!
EDIT: I didn't go to LA for the race. I went to stay with the lady's family.
Bzzzztt WRONG! That's Gansan. On the left, Navin was close...that's Pierre Kleinubing.
Tsuchiya was at the event judging D1 though. He was getting the crowd hyped up like Lil Jon.
