hey guys
its only 2 weeks away and we dont have anything ready ie: registration page and info. lets also use this thread to suggest improvements for problems we encounted last time. i'd like to suggest having the necesary paperwork posted online for competitors to print out and bring with them. that way we avoid all of them waiting in line to play with clipboards.
i also wanna address the worker situation. we need to explain more in depth what workers should do such as not talk on cell phones while the course is hot, when and when not to red flag, shagging cones, etc.
also, the run groups need some reform to seeing as how people sign up and then dont show up (mjc...) which throws all the numbers out of whack.
lets hear some suggestions (from new officers?) and see this page up and running before the weekend is up.

Well...
So I set up the registration last week and waited for the registrations to pour in. And waited. And waited. So I decided to test it myself. No dice. Multiple attempts, multiple failures. Emailed NASA-VA webmaster, mail server is down. Great, now I've gotta write a stop gap registration system in 1 night in my spare time from my 62 hr work week on the road...
Welp, its done. Go re-register.

Welp, its done. Go re-register. Glad you could take a break from your sl00t searching time to take care of it G. I'd offer my services as well, but by the time I get home at night, the last thing I want to think about is code.
I will be there around 8:30. Looks like I will probably be driving the 02 unless I get the clutch in my car before then.

There is a slight chance that I'll be able to make it along with my brother in the SS, but VMP is like 5.5 hours from my house, so its a pretty hefty drive.

2019 Ford Mustang
Ryan you and your bro can hang out at my house the night before if you want. Then its only a 2 hour drive the next day.
Nick
I'm bringing my camera and video camera since I'm not running. Hopefully, the bleu hat will be there for some pics.
