Shops NOVA/DC/Baltimore

Hey all, I'm asking this for a friend. What great shops are there that have racks for corner balancing and race alignments? Also, places that allow people to use a lift at?

Well I had an absurdly good hookup at an awesome race shop until my bitch ass friend that works there quit to "pursue his dreams" and "see the world" or some bullshit. Bastard.

I think there is a self-service type place in Manasses maybe but I don't know what it's called and I can't find it online. He'll have to find a place that's specifically self service, most shops aren't going to let you screw around with your own car on one of their lifts. (Unless you had an absurdly good hookup at one before your bitch ass friend quit)

RRT does alignments to your spec and will corner balance. I assume they'll work on some non-BMW stuff as long as your money is green, but I'm not sure.

Bret@RP did the setup work on my SM.

Should be considerably cheaper than most race shops in the 'burbs too.

Funktion Auto in Sterling has a pretty baller alignment rack, it's where I got my old Miata aligned/balanced and it was decently priced - though it was performed through Piper when they were located next door.

^used MachV recently, and I was happy with both price + attention to detail + work. Plus they kind of mentioned bringing it back if I want to make minor adjustments for a decent price (adjusting toe, etc.)
