Looking for a roommate. I have a few leads, but thought id put it out to some fellow MMers if anyone was interested. I am looking for (one) roommate starting December 16th. The location is in Northe Point Reston, VA. About 2 miles from the Wiehle future Metro stop/toll road (also only 1 mile from route 7). It is a 3 bedroom/3.5 bath townhouse with a detached 2 car garage. You would have about 800-1000 square feet just to yourself (depends on if you include storage as your own area), this includes a bedroom with a full bath, a "living room" section and a "bonus room" section, as well as a large storage area. This would be to yourself. Of course full access to the rest of the house is included. I also will give the renter one spot in the garage, and one spot in the driveway right in front of it. The section of your house is not furnished. Pets within reason okay, non-smokers (and that includes marijuana), and no drugs. A large perk includes Reston Association access!

Bumping this up. My current renter Ryan Strang got put on a project 100% in DC, and is therefore going to move into DC/Crystal City Area.

Details again - Single Renter, (just me and whoever rents in the house). Your choice of the upstairs bedroom or downstairs bedroom. Utilities are split half/half. I am gone 25-30 weekends a year, so a lot of the time the weekends will be yours. NO smokers/marijuana users and there is one hypoallergenic dog that I own. You can close the door to the downstairs if you want full privacy.

Dedicated parking spot in the garage and driveway, and dedicated 10x10 storage area, as well as finished basement can be yours. Full bath and closet for both bedrooms. Deck and yard out back and large office for shared use (I only use it for taxes/bills), really nice for a teleworker. Full pool/tennis court access and within 500 yards of a large dog park/soccer fields/baseball fields.

1.5 miles from Reston Town Center.

Full Month Security Deposit, and rent is due the 5th of the month, unsure why some renters think it is due the month after. Same renters that I have to constantly pursue for payment (hey! coincidence).

Forgot to mention, February 1st would be ideal move-in date.

Don't have many pictures of the house apparently. Two most important things for an MMer though, work and play...(garage and office)

Just two bays are my garage. There is tons of visitor parking right behind where I took that picture in case you have 3 cars instead of just two. I take one side of the garage + driveway, and the renter takes the other side.
