Not sure why though...I'm the kind of guy who, if he doesn't have an engine lift, drops the transaxle and engine as one unit. to the ground, and then jacks the car up really really high...and slides the assembly out. This is truly how my boy and I pulled a motor yesterday...and is one reason why I'll be an amateur for life.
