I suppose I might instruct a couple events if I can borrow your car. Hey no problem, lemme know when you wanna use it. I'll try to make sure its brakes don't catch on fire again.

- Get ITR into bodyshop and get some other work done on the car. Plan is to finish it for ITR expo, but I doubt that will happen.
- Hopefully a few DE weekends in the hatch (might take the plunge into DE3 finally)
- Purchase tow vehicle or make the hatchcrap somewhat more streetable - $$
- Sell CB750
- Buy small middleweight naked bike - most likely a street triple
- Do a few trackdays - will need to buy new leathers too... fuck ![[Image: rj.gif]](http://roadraceautox.com/images/smilies/rj.gif)
- Get out to the track a bit next year, hopefully crewing with the Kirk Knestis/Cameron Conover VW Golf team (same guys I've been crewing for since '06). They didnt have enough drivers lined up to do any enduros last season, hopefully they get a few in next year.

Winter plans:
Trying to decide if the red STS Miata gets the motor rebuilt for the upcoming autocross season (last dyno'd with 73 hp in '08 and down compression.....)
or
Have the head done, suspension bushing and NB top hats on the Spec Miata
Driving:
As many BRR-SCCA autocrosses as possbile
As for wheel to wheel: I'm trying to figure out if I want to run as many NASA MA events as possbile, or make it a year of trying new tracks (Watkins Glen, Road Atlanta, Lime Rock, etc....)

when there is 'tard in the name....that should be a red flag
It all depends on make and model... Aftermarket stuff. You pick up a basic used one for $500 to $1k. Ride and tweak as you go. I've seen overbored tricked out bikes go for $1k too.
They run everything from 50cc to 150cc.
I borrowed bens bike for an event and it was a blast. He got a new Honda so I'll probably buy his old bike.
I think run 10-12 Saturday's at all sports. They also did some at beaverun.

It shouldn't be taken lightly. I've seen some big crashes and some pretty bad injuries.

Color me interested. I need to pick up a 600 over the winter but if I could get a minitard I like for under $1k I might have to do this. Would be a good way to get some riding in before it's time to get back on track

No more dangerous than anything else we do. They require the same gear as riding on track.

not sure if i understand how that could be. yeah, you're definitely going slower, but man it seems like you're really surrounded by a LOT more immovable metal and concrete :dunno: or maybe sliding on grass isn't much better...i'm not a bike guy so i have no idea.

"Here, at last, is the cure for texting while driving. The millions of deaths which occur every year due to the iPhone’s ability to stream the Kim K/Ray-J video in 4G could all be avoided, every last one of them, if the government issued everyone a Seventies 911 and made sure they always left the house five minutes later than they’d wanted to. It would help if it could be made to rain as well. Full attention on the road. Guaranteed." -Jack Baruth

Try to make some more progress on the Z.
Maybe take the WRX out to an autoX.
I'll be happy if I can do both of those.
I cannot imagine Allsports is a great venue for two wheeled stuff. They sealed or coated their concrete with something to make it crazy slippery, especially when you get off line, game over.
-Finish car
-Travel to events in New Jersey, Ohio, Indiana, maybe North Carolina and Delaware, maybe Nebraska. I really want to do a little traveling this year.
-Crew NJMP/Summit Lemons for leopard themed Volvo wagon
-Finally suck it up and do some HPDE stuff with NASA or TrackDaze.
