welp... it finally happened. I dont want to make a long story of out nothing so this is the jist of it.

Myself and Nate were going to BedBath and chit, going through the intersection where Olive Garden is, doing the speed limit in 5th. Turning right from a red light is a Yukon, she decides she doesnt like the right lane and likes my lane better...

Already through the interesection, I slam the brakes and lock them up ... right into the back of her ****ing soccer hauling POS. Needless to say, my car got most of the beating and she has some faded red paint on her tow hook now...

Myself and Nate were fine in the accident, they were too eventho she bitched about her daughter getting the "pop" of the accident... from a 2000 lb civic, I dont think so whore..

Cops came, someone was nice enough to be a witness and vouched for my story that the light was green, and she was given the citation. Nice try lady, trying to tell the cop that my light was red.... Witness = money!

As of now, the car sits - waiting for insurance to come take a look at. I hope its phuckn totalled, I cant stand to go outside and look at it. It's been a great 3 years..

Now i have to decide where I want to go with all this chit, if its not totalled you'll see me on the news for murdering the insurance agents..!

shit man. sorry to see that happen, i kinda liked your hatch too. how badly did it bend your crossmember on the front there? i can't really tell from the pics.

hope things work out for you with the insurance. i know you're mind is probably full of other worries right now, but do you have an idea of what you'd like to drive next if insurance considers it totaled?

ps, i know its the driver's fault, not the car/truck, but i sincerely hate suv's like no other, regardless of the situation.

eh, i dont even know how bad its bent... The radiator is pushed back some, didnt crack or anything..

Most likely if they total it, I'll buy it back. Maybe find another EG roller and swap the parts over..

Have no clue really, maybe just drive a stock VX till im out of school.. 40 mpg sounds nice

well it looks like you'll need a radiator, core support, hood, front bumper and its associated peices, and front quarters if you so chose. i do know a good shop now.... after getting my shit fixed all wrong. let me know. it shouldnt be totaled. my crx had front and rear bumper, core support, radiator and hood and it wasnt written off.

I purposely turn right on red lights into the closest lane when people are turning left from across traffic just to see them get pissed off for being forced to go into the lane they're supposed to turn into. (obviously speaking of a 2 lane road here) Go ahead and hit me fuckers, it'll be your fault.

actually no matt, it'd be your fault. they have a green light, that means go. you have a red light, that means stop, turn if it is clear.

You might want to check your traffic laws Mike, they are required to turn into the closest lane available to them, so if they're turning onto a two lane road they have to take the left lane. Turning right on red is acceptable in this situation because the right lane is clear, there shouldn't be anyone in that lane therefore it's legal for me to turn into it.

Asshole cop is going to write YOU a ticket. YOU are going to have to bring a Lawyer to court to get your piddling-ass little asshole ticket dismissed.

Actually not true because my friend had this exact same sitaution happen to him and the person who was making the left turn got the ticket. It was obvious where the collision happened (in the right hand lane) and after hearing both driver's versions of the story the cop advised the lady that she'd be getting the ticket. She was pissed as hell, but then he explained the law to her and she had nothing to be angry at but her own stupidity.
