You know, I know the guy is old and all. And I know we've still got Boris Vallejo, but I've read sci-fi and fantasy all my life, and I am not ashamed to say that his cover art definitely influenced my literary purchases on more than one occasion.

But seriously, the man oozed awesome and I can't have been the only fan here.
So if there's any justice in this universe, Mr. Frazetta's coffin will be made of obsidian and covered in skulls and carried by a dozen hot women dressed as Valkyries.
