there aren't as many electrical glitches as many of the rumors say. it depends alot on the year when it comes to some of the other oddball problems. my dad's A4, for instance, has had NOTHING non-maintainance replaced in 60k miles with the exception of a door handle and a coil pack.

not bad... my dad used to have an 89 Audi 5000 cs turbo automatic. Its the car I learned to drive on and we had it for 9 years I think. That thing was fun as hell to drive (at least at the time) but was in the shop constantly and had the worst boost lag ever. You basically floored it each time until the boost could catch up haha. oh yeah, the door handles always broke.

yeah, audis back then were horrific, no doubt about that. if the damn thing didnt have electrical problems or shit falling off of it, it would just rust itself to death

the body and interior were actually great, even after going through many upstate NY winters. The quality there was far better than many new cars today. but yeah, electrical nightmares were very common.

yeah, what's up with that? i had them for maybe a year... they are kinda crappy in the dry, and they are even worse in the rain! at first glance they look like they'd be ok in the rain since their tread pattern is a lot like an all-season... sigh... those tires were butt, get new ones asap
