Can you apply for the Utah permit online or something? I already have VA.

I think I still have a valid VA license (but have a CA license and address) - think I'd still be able to pick something up back in VA and stash it in my parents basement?
Edit, nevermind, just dug it up and it expired in 2008.

My favorite part was the complete lack of irony.
He's demonizing the very weapons that the taxpayer funded lifetime bodyguard service he has use to protect his dumb ass EVERY DAY. I guess the secret service is preparing for Jimmy to be attacked by police and school kids? After all, they armed themselves with weapons that are ONLY GOOD for killing those two groups....
