"Here, at last, is the cure for texting while driving. The millions of deaths which occur every year due to the iPhone’s ability to stream the Kim K/Ray-J video in 4G could all be avoided, every last one of them, if the government issued everyone a Seventies 911 and made sure they always left the house five minutes later than they’d wanted to. Google sync wont let me add events to the calendar - just sync and view them - and if I use google sync on the phone (i'm using it on my work laptop), I wont be able to check work email.

Its an oversight, but I think I can live - looks like a pretty common complaint from a quick google search so maybe google will change that.

In google there's multiple calendars so I can segregate work and personal.

^ Edit - I can add events... but the interface is poo, and it adds them to the 'default' calendar that outlook also syncs too - although it doesnt get pushed to outlook.

Its not rigged. I was doing it wrong before (surprise?) and I can add events for specific times/days. Its actually pretty slick, and seamless.

I'll keep it.

I just picked up:
weather channel
shazzam
urban spoon
flixster
a free wifi finder
pandora
