Hey boys

So I was talking to Boobies the other day and he was filling me in on some of the happenings as of late which sort of made me miss some of you.

Brief update:
After hyperfest, Joan and I cross countried to San Francisco. We went through PA, OH, IN, SD, ND, CO, WY, MT, ID, WA, OR and arrived in CA for the wildfires. It sounds kind of obvious but America is a great country. Joan and I had no idea how LARGE this nation is and how diverse its people are. Bet most of you guys didn't know that there are more than one type of white people. This was a revelation to me.

If anyone gets the chance to visit the Rocky mountain states, it's well worth it especially if you like to mountain or rock climb.

This is during a hike in CO.

This was the moose that rolled up on us in the middle of the night when we were camping in the Bridger Teton National Wilderness. Pretty sure I was dead.

Haven't taken the northernmost route that you all traversed, but I agree the Rockies are an amazing sight. Lots of areas of our country that few choose to explore...

Good to hear you are doing well Andy! Sounds like an awesome trip! I did the Grand Tetons and Yellowstone this past summer (and Glacier) and it was incredible (ill get around to posting my pics someday). I know exactly where those Buffalo are in that pic, one of them growled at me when I got out of the car. Did you see any of the waterfalls in the Tetons or Yellowstone?

"Here, at last, is the cure for texting while driving. The millions of deaths which occur every year due to the iPhone’s ability to stream the Kim K/Ray-J video in 4G could all be avoided, every last one of them, if the government issued everyone a Seventies 911 and made sure they always left the house five minutes later than they’d wanted to. It would help if it could be made to rain as well. Full attention on the road. Guaranteed." -Jack Baruth

Very cool!

I really want to get to the Rockies in the summer. Lat time we were there for skiing we stayed and hung out in the locals part of town and almost all of them moved for the skiing and stayed because of the summer stuff.

there are so many types of asians here. It's sort took me aback. There are Japanese and chinese folks who have been here for centuries. Hell, they probably think you mick-kraut guys are foreigners.

I'll post more pics later. It was fun to look through them. I didn't realize how much we drove.

Since your arrival, the hating on asians has risen. When you moved, it didnt decrease, just became more focused.

I heard you puked after the wedding. I was really proud to learn that and I'm glad that you had a good time. I hope Cali is treatin you two well and I'm sure we'll be out there sometime in the not too distant future. Have you driven any of the tracks out there yet?

I was wondering what happened to you man. Glad to hear that you finally made it. Most of the states you drove through I have never even been to. Have guys finally settled down yet?

Did you just take what you could fit in your car? And then get bigger things once you got to SF?

It's been more than a few years and I could be mistaken, but if my memory serves me correctly Glacier was easily the best out of what we saw in the NW when we went. I remember driving into the park and hiking around, and the scenes were just absolutely incredible. Honestly that park sticks out in my mind out of all the memories there, although that could just be me.

Anyway that's a great trip, and you guys are lucky as hell to do that. Glad to see it all worked out for you two =)
