To be fair, no ever actually works in their field of study... that's why college is so unimportant.

I think I DVRd an episode that I've never seen before. Words cannot express the joy I had when I pressed play this morning.

do you watch Battlestar Galactica? (the new one) Its by the same guys who did TNG
No but it looks really good and I've heard good things about it. I need to rent a few seasons of the DVDs to catch up... this is the last season of new episodes right?

So I've started to watch reruns of Star Trek: Enterprise on Sci Fi. The first time I watched it I really thought it was dumb and didn't bother watching any more episodes. For some reason I DVR'd an episode a few weeks ago and kind of got into it and have watched every episode ever since.
It took a lot of getting used to, and I still dont think it holds a candle to TNG whatsoever, but I like the fact that:
- it's in HD
- the effects are updated (much like Voyager)
- it does give sort of a good background look into a more realistic view of what early space travel would be like (moreso than the original Star Trek from our parents' days)
- the Vulcan and azn chick are hot

Jesus Evan, I was waiting for you to shut this thread down and you some how manage to contribute to what could possibly be the queerest thread ever.
Personal thoughts:
Who the hell likes doing dishes and laundry? Sociopaths.
Lee must have the biggest penis for openly enjoying Mariah Carey's "music" while drinking what could possible the gayest of all wines.
Rabbits are very tasty and in no way taste vaginal.

Stargate Universe. Finally found a new nerd show I can get into. It's a lot different than the normal Stargate series....has more of a first person point of view and decent character development for a series.
I also threw Merlin onto the DVR queue. It's kind of a silly show but I love King Arthur stuff so it's definitely amusing.
