I'm not a sore loser (well, yeah I am), so here I am.... posting for everyone to grill. It's always amusing how people come out of the woodwork. I got a txt from someone I haven't worked with in 4.5 years and haven't talked to in probably 3.

The Skins kept them in check. In middle of the field was open but they kept trying to force it outside. They needed to try and run the ball more (they're like 22-1 when Barber has 11+ carries) to pull the pass coverage off. That 12-men penalty was basically the game, even if they had a chance on the onside kick. If you haven't turned the ball over in 4 games you're going to win most of them. Oh well.

I least I lost to the worst team in my fantasy league today. He was up by 10 and had Campbell while I had Felix, Folk and Cooley. His average is 63 points and ended up scoring 101 today. :?

Using rushing yards/carries per win is a bum statistic. When a team is already winning, they run the ball more. Im all about a strong run game, but using it as a sole reason for winning/losing games is misleading.

but anyway, its great to win, all signs point to me being happily be wrong about my 8-8 prediction.

Letting Dallas score a TD in like a minute was pathetic though. (Im getting real tired of Reed Doughty's screwups)
So was our onside kick coverage.
The skins outplayed them in all aspects of the game, but somehow D was in the game at the end.

correlation != causation but interesting nonetheless

All I know is they needed more than 8 ruishing attempts if they were going to open up the passing game. Most of the time Barber was back in protection and Romo's timing was still off. I think the def line had a lot to do with it. They needed to get Felix Jones out in the flat or behind the linebackers to break it open... but they didn't even try.

I had the Dolphins Texans game here on CBS. What a heartbreaker. Lost 28-27. They had control the whole game and the Texans played sloppy. At least I saw the Cowboys lose at an Outback in San Marcos, TX.
