My 2008 schedule looks like this (I think)...

March 28: VIR Instructor Clinic
March 29 & 30: VIR Full Course
June 21 & 22: Summit Point
August 23 & 24: Summit Point

I'd also like to get to Thunderbolt but it depends on whether class is Friday or Saturday that weekend.

The millions of deaths which occur every year due to the iPhone’s ability to stream the Kim K/Ray-J video in 4G could all be avoided, every last one of them, if the government issued everyone a Seventies 911 and made sure they always left the house five minutes later than they’d wanted to. It would help if it could be made to rain as well. Full attention on the road. Guaranteed." -Jack Baruth

No schedule here. Run what I feel like, when I can afford to go.

All the events that the MR2 and I can physically take until June. Prep for move. Then track events at Infineon, Laguna Seca, Thunderhill from late August through the winter cause there's track events year round in NorCal. HA! Did I mention that all three tracks are within a 1.5-2 hr radius from SF.

The one real track goal I have for the year is ride Laguna with them, or do the Freddie Spencer school at Miller.

Well I won't be able to do any events until I graduate in june (Damn you thesis!), but after that I plan on being at all the NASA-MA events (summit, VIR, summit, summit) with some undecided car guys and bmwcca events sprinkled in there.

I also might try to do a few comscc events, but the schedule isn't out yet. They're a time trial club that's mosly based up here in the north, but every event I've run with them has had a shit ton of track time.

Damn Andy, didn't know you were taking a hike. I may flag a weekend at Summit Point. Maybe.

March 29-30, NASA-MA @ VIR Full [VERY TENTATIVE]
May 17-18, TrackDaze @ Summit Shenandoah
June 21-22, NASA-MA @ Summit Main
July 25-27, NASA-MA @ VIR Full
August 23-24, NASA-MA @ Summit Main [ONE OR OTHER]
August 28-29, TrackDaze @ VIR Full [ONE OR OTHER]
September 15-16, NASA-NE @ Watkins Glen [TENTATIVE]
October 11-12, NASA-MA @ Summit Main

I would like an April event since I doubt I'll do the March one (last weekend of my lease), and I really wanted to do MidO this year, but can't find any suitable events.

One or other = I'll do one or the other, but not both.
Watkins Glen = Only if someone else is going as well.

I will be doing the Glen with CarGuys in May.

Someone could flag the 3 day summit event in march and drive the glen for free.

I would really like to do a different track this year (MidOhio, BeaveRun, or Watkins Glen), but i would really like to do it with someone else going. I'd be really willing to do the Glen in May, but since it's not on the weekend i can't Sad - i can't afford to take that many days off.

I might be willing to go to the glen in september, I had a great time there this summer. Of course, I have to find a job first, so my schedule is very much up in the air.
