Good to see about 10 seconds of racing made it in there.

"Here, at last, is the cure for texting while driving. The millions of deaths which occur every year due to the iPhone’s ability to stream the Kim K/Ray-J video in 4G could all be avoided, every last one of them, if the government issued everyone a Seventies 911 and made sure they always left the house five minutes later than they’d wanted to. It would help if it could be made to rain as well. Full attention on the road. Guaranteed." -Jack Baruth

Thanks for cleaning up the link......

Originally Dado wasn't going to be there because there was another event in CO competing with ours (yeah, those drift guys travel great distances!), but I heard he wasn't too happy with the way that event was being handled or something like that, so he stayed locally with us. We were missing a couple of regulars though.

We get so used to the NASA paddock side of things......being on the Hyperfest side of things once a year is a real eye opener. There are all kinds of people out there, that's for sure!

Its also nice that the Hyperfest activities keep the "other" crowd over by the carousel, for the most part instead of around the racer paddock like the 1st hyperfizzy. Looked like the attendance was pretty good over there

yes, logistics are getting better and better. the one thing that irks me is that NOBODY stays for the band. i don't know if there is a solution or if it's even worth finding one because there isn't much money to be made by people sticking around.

regardless, awesome weekend... went very smoothly.

Well... aside from the occasional hottie. I don't mind uping the talent level in the paddock once a year at the price of drifters mulling about. Tongue
