Clutch Issues
#1
In the not to distant past i have felt more friction in the clutch as i depress it. It tends to squeak as i depress it. I'm pretty sure it's the fluid and needs to be changed, is this difficult to do? I think i'm goign to try and do this when i get home from work.

gah, I hated those things. Sold my E36 with one broken off in the rear caliper. The first one I broke was in initial installation, at least I could get that one out. The 2nd broke off too far down. This was tightening with a tiny little 7mm wrench and my fingertips. And I could never get them to bleed right, AND I swear they were letting in air, I had to bleed a lot more often. Pressure bleeder's the only way to go for one man operation:

squeaking clutch pedal doesnt sound like old fluid to me, but its cheap enough that its worth a try.

btw- its pretty easy to change. Do it just like bleeding brakes. Find the nipple on the slave cyl, attach hose and botttle. Have assistant pump clutch pedal, hold pedal, open nipple for 1/2 second, close. repeat until you have new fluid.
