Why would we go see some small college sports team? You'll have to excuse RJ he's not getting the idea here.
wikipedia Wrote:Sweet Briar College is a liberal arts women's college All girls school buddy, go to stare at the girls. You do remember girls right?
All girls school = questionable women
And I wouldnt go watch a college soccer game if I wanted to stare at girls, I'd go to a damn titty bar. You know... like Vixens

"Here, at last, is the cure for texting while driving. The millions of deaths which occur every year due to the iPhone’s ability to stream the Kim K/Ray-J video in 4G could all be avoided, every last one of them, if the government issued everyone a Seventies 911 and made sure they always left the house five minutes later than they’d wanted to. It would help if it could be made to rain as well. Full attention on the road. Guaranteed." -Jack Baruth
anyone know how much track time you'll see if you do this event?
i'm pretty close to signing up, i'd just like to know how much track time i would see in case anyone knows already.
also any info on experience with the organization would be helpful. i just didn't want a free-for-all kind of event that is shady for the safety side of the event.
When NASA-MA staffed this group's event at VIR in November, everyone got five 25-minute sessions (per day.)
This is not a shady or unsafe org. They're good guys with safety in mind 100% of the time. I'm working control and helping them with staffing, alongside several other NASA-MA officials.

Shenandoah is terrible track to start on. It has 22 turns, tricky on-camber/off camber stuff in the straights as well as the turns, decreasing radius turn with elevation changes and not to mention, the freakin' walls are pretty close.
Two feet.

i dont think that makes it a terrible track to learn on. it might be more difficult but the concepts of driving from a group 1 standpoint will really show when a student executes what they're being taught. and the walls might be close, but relatively speaking its a slower track. the walls are further away where they need to be for the most part.

Hmm, pay March rent and hopefully get the car running this weekend means that I'm signing up
Andy how did you determine you were in the Intermediate group, it says (15-29) so I am assuming that many track weekends?
that means track days.

It actuallys also says that on the site too, Navin.
I will have done 9 events before that weekend so I just barely slide in, not to mention I've driven Shenandoah twice which will probably be 1 more time than some of the instructors.
Two feet.
just got a confirmation from the guys from .:R32
4 25-minute sessions each day with lunch and a 2 lunches. They're also limiting the amount of people per group to 25 so there will be less traffic! :-D
