Rooms Available in NOVA for 2007

Mikey and BJ are moving out of MM House 1 in February so we have 2 rooms open for 07 (there may be a third if my other roommate decides to go elsewhere). It's a decently large 2 garage home in Northern Arlington, about 3 minutes from DC via Chain Bridge and about 5-7 minutes from Ballston Mall. The current lease is up for renewal at the end of February. Rent is $775 but we'll probably be able to negotiate a bit lower since the housing market is cooling rapidly.

that's pretty much the location of the house

pretty far to I-395 (IMO) and about 4-5 miles to the ballston metro (i think that's the closest one)
