What my tires have been telling me for the last 36 hours: :bootyshake: :finger:
They are destroyed... I'll probably swap them out after this weekend at VIR. Didn't help that I literally bought the cheapest tire I could find around Winchester. They had no grip and chunks are missing all the way across the tread on both tires, but especially the LF. There were small scrub marks up the sidewall about and inch (or maybe a little more).
A guy at work told me they looked like sponges. If so, they must soak up speed or something, because the rest of the car didn't have any...

yeah sounds about right, sorry to hear. Verona has some of the roughest pavement i've seen. when i had my 195/55's on my accord it basically made them look like a cheese grater went along the outside shoulder....and that was with 45psi in them.

Same thing here. I don't think my tall aspect ratio (195/65/15) really helped much either. They don't have a stiff enough sidewall for nailing it through a corner.

Just dub some super epic music over it so the anticipation builds then black the screen out and do some extreme zooms to music type thing.

That's not too bad for Verona really but it still sucks because that looks like a fairly new tire.

Bought them in October or November. Not a huge deal though, found out I can buy take offs through Toyota for $55ish a piece and mount/balance them myself. :twisted:
