Well then the phone itself isn't the issue, it's the service, and I haven't had any problems with their customer service. My plan has been great, the customer service on the occasions I've had to call has been great, and the reception is great (except in my bedroom)

The phone was never the problem.... I accepted that the phone was a POS as soon as I bought them The gross incompetence of the entire ffing service department...... thats where my complaint is.

They probably took a look at the type of phone you got and immediately transferred you over to the POS service dept because as I've said repeatedly I've never had a problem with their customer service.
My phone (Nokia something-or-other) cost $30 with a 1-year plan. I refer to it as my "Gravity Tester" or the "Finnish Concrete Punisher" because it gets dropped so much, usually on concrete or asphalt. Still works great - just pop the pieces of the case back together after a fall, and it fires right up!

Mine was free with my plan, and has taken one hell of a beating, but is still goin strong!

Tiesto is still the #1 DJ in the world, but I personally don't agree with it. I love Oakenfold's older shit, but ever since he started Perfecto he's gone downhill. He's more of a producer now it seems.
My favorite DJ by far is Armin Van Buuren. Saw him live this June, supah hawt! Also a huge Van Dyk fan, but again, his gems were made in his older stuff, JIMHO.
