So I saw this at Sears the other day and I've gotta say, I'm pretty tempted...

I'm trying not to be too impulsive in the next couple of months though, so I'll probably wait until closer to move-in date before getting a toolbox. The other thing is that ideally I'd get a roller toolbox combo where the top chest is light enough to pick up and take to the track. This one weighs 60 lbs empty :?
I have a similar tool box to that:
and I love it. For a general working on cars/working around the house, this box is awesome. There is enough space to store most all the hand tools I have plus some extras. Mine in plenty deep enough (no homo) and the ball bearings are TOTALLY worth the extra few bucks. I'd be happy to take pictures drawer for drawer if you'd like to see what can fit into one of these boxes. Mine is 11 drawers instead of 10, but basically the same.

I'm with everyone else who's on the toolbox bandwagon. I had to run to Sears last weekend to buy a set of pickle forks, and managed to spend about 30 minutes wandering the tool section and ogling and wishing I had a big ol' gift card to buy all of the things.

Most of the sears/craftsman tool cases feel like cheap garbage now.

Aww hell nah! You bought something from Harbor Freight that you have to put together? Did it have all the bolts in the box? Were they the correct sizes? Did any of them break during assembly?

Everything went together as expected and it was pretty easy to assemble but count on needing a 2nd person to lift the tool chest part onto the legs. Drawers slide really smooth, feels sturdy, plenty of tool storage.

Another thing that doesn't fit well into a standard size toolbox.
Also yeah, mine feels cheap too. My dad's from 1970 still rolls well and is made of much heavier gauge steel. Harbor Freight also makes a 46" box, which is what I wish I had bought.

I have one of these. They are awesome but they are very big and very heavy. Definitely not an every day watch.

"Here, at last, is the cure for texting while driving. The millions of deaths which occur every year due to the iPhone’s ability to stream the Kim K/Ray-J video in 4G could all be avoided, every last one of them, if the government issued everyone a Seventies 911 and made sure they always left the house five minutes later than they’d wanted to. It would help if it could be made to rain as well. Full attention on the road. Guaranteed." -Jack Baruth
All this watch talk has reminded me I need a new watch. Any suggestions? Right now I'm in a 7 year old Citizen Calibre 5700, and while it's been a good watch, it's starting to act flaky.

There are a few IWCs that I have had my eye on too but I'd like to take baby steps on the watch collection  I don't mind a heavy watch but it would take some getting used to...both of my Ecodrives are all titanium, soooo light.
