Since this isn't a NASA event, I assume you'll need to contact the people running it, in this case Capital Area NorEast R32 Club.

Yep, email the R32 guys (Jeremy and Eric.) Last I heard, all their flaggers were coming from the track and all other jobs were handled... but it certainly couldn't hurt to inquire.

Edit... here they are:

Just a FYI for any noobs such as myself trying to run beginner, there's already a wait list so you might want to get on it. Just a heads up.

only with NASA-MA events
if you want to use it with another region of nasa i believe you need to ask if they can be transferred.
i'm tempted to aim to have the Z ready for this, though I really think I want to sort that out on a track I know...
Shenandoah will reveal every ill handling trait the car has. Do it.

I'm in for beginner! 12 hour wait, not too shabby
There are spots left in Advanced, and the R32 guys need more instructors too. The first three groups (Beginner, Novice, Intermediate) are all full with waiting lists...
It's gonna be fun,

One instructor will get two students definitely (Beginner and Novice groups) plus possibly one more (Intermediate) if requested.
Because they have a "HPDE1.5" group, their Intermediate group will be solo (i.e. "HPDE2.5"... passing only on the straights but with no instructor.)
So far I don't think many of their Intermediates have requested instructors, but I haven't seen the updated list so I can't say for sure.
Long story short, odds are in favor of 2:1 at the moment.
Hope it helps,
Jon
PS- you're still too n00b of an instructor to be picky about things like this  lol

Nah, mikey just knows better than to do the "instruct with whatever club you can just for seat time even though you might get 4 students" thing. Not that any of us ever did that *cough* ITR expo *cough*

Edit: but it doesn't apply this weekend at Road Atlanta, because out of region events don't count, especially on St Patty's Day lol
