Workers:
We have our own room and will be doing miscellaneous jobs just like at VIR. If you were there you'll remember we got a lot of free time to do whatever (most of us). We'll be leaving at noon from Chaser's.

#1: Assigned to grid.
Be present by 7:30AM. Meeting at 7:45AM.
Be on grid all day Saturday with breaks for lunch, etc.
Be present for 7:45AM meeting on Sunday.
Be on grid all day Saturday with breaks for lunch, etc.
Help with clean-up and packup Sunday after final race.
You will be notified, if you are needed elsewhere.

#2: Assigned to grid.

Be present from 6:30-8:15 AM at tech shed to help with tech of HPDE cars.
8:15: Go to timing and scoring for first race practice session.
Be in timing and scoring for all race practices, race qualifyings & races on Sat/Sun.
10 Minutes before lunchtime, proceed to grid to help with touring laps.
5PM: Help Laura with party set-up. (food, beer, champagne, trophies)
7:00AM Sun: report to tech shed.
Continue helping with timing and scoring.
After qualifying and right before lunch report to grid to help with touring laps.
After last race on Sunday, help with clean-up and packup of timing and scoring room.
