Audio Install

I want to have the sound system all "peeeeeeeeeeeeempt" out to go to Richmond. So, what do you think about doing the install thursday evening or friday at like 1:30pm? Discuss cause I'm flexible.

Thursday evening would probably work better for me.

I picked up the audio componates today. So, I'm good for parts, but will I have a car to put them in on thursday, is the question. I'll be able to tell you guys yes or no for the audio install at the meeting tomorrow. Ight?

The audio install is off. My car will be done on Friday at the earliest. I'm probably going to put everything in friday night, and I know that Drinking is important on Friday.

If you want to come watch, help, or even work on your car feel free friday night. Just talk to me ahead of time.

If there is interest, I'd like to help do an install for someone else sometime where more people can come.

been thinking about installing a sub and amp in my car but all the stuff is in NOVA.... Also not sure if I want my whole trunk to be taken up by this sub. Is it really worth it? Got some other problems w/ my audio though just with these stupid wires hanging around that I gotta "hide"

The sub is always a recomendation from me. Having just subs (ghetto bass without good full-range sound) is stupid, but a good sub accents your system and lets you reach the desired dB level with less stress to the Mid/High speakers.

Wire hiding is simple but not always easy. I can surely take a look.

i agree completely but these f00ls still give me shit about having subs in the STi. i dont even listen to anything bassy at all but i think it accents the entire range nicely.

Your seats come out (all of them) so easy that any wire you need to hide or run is really painless. Dave and I can strip the interior of a 240SX bare in just under 20 minutes.

If there's a wire to be hidden, we can hide it.

SO let us know when you're going to do this stuff.

Oh, and, uh, I have a 12 inch pioneer sub if someone wants it. I have to go re-purchase my pioneer system for the Supra. Pioneer all around in the 240 and now DAVE gets to enjoy it. Posh.

I love Jazz and with the right sub it can almost sound live.

What if you did a powered sub behind your seat? Or if you have space under one of the seats?

Or put an amp under the passenger seat and then do a bazzoka tube somewhere in the car.

I've thought about all that. some ricers convert the two storage bins behind the seats into speaker wells... I really wish the speaker holes behind my headrests would fit 6x9's. Those have enough bass for me.

its no hatch but still has 10.5 cubic feet thank you...
