Thanks again Peter for the co-drive! Was a little disappointed with my driving out there but still had a good time- again shows how much more work I need to do!

DJ I still have that helmet- I could give it to jake to pass on to you at Hyperfest maybe?

I am BEYOND happy with my performance, been a long time, and JESUS, Peter vs. DJ Battle ROYALE!!!

Congratulations to Peter!! Some awesome driving.

And actually Peter did excellent, FTD for a car, only the kart got you. Even more impressive that we took 2nd and 3rd overall with a CRAZY 275 hoosiered DSP car, multiple Z06 hoosiered national competing Vettes, and some crazy SCCA contraptions.

PS- Imma bring A6s next time to see what this fuss is about A6s in autocross. Tongue

Thanks, it was fun. Good course. I really wish I had air conditioning.

Turns out that crazy no window beetle looking thing was a Fiat 600. I have no idea what engine and transmission were in it, but I'm guessing snowmobile.

One of my friends said it had a bike motor, 750cc or so...and NO GAUGES in the interior. When someone asked about the lack of oil pressure gauges the guy said the motor was only $100 anyways. Neat car though, just don't see that alot.

So, is anyone planning on going to VMP on the 3rd? I've been hurriedly working on the Miata trying to make it for this, but if no one else is planning on going I might just take my time, have a full weekend to tidy things up and shoot for CDC on the 9th in Winchester. :dunno:
