when I think of iconic cars from the 80s, I dont necessarily think of great cars from the 80s, but cars that remind me of the 80s.

i believe the thread is titled: "Iconic Cars from the 80's". Sure there were quite a few cars from the 80s that you could buy and were badass, but pop culture is exactly what defines an icon of an era.

I agree with most mentioned. But I must mention a few Chryslers.

Shelby GLHS Charger & Omni
Shelby CSX (Shadow/Sundance platform)
Shelby Z & Daytona Shelby (Z is 88 and older)

Also, The Dodge Rampage and the VW Rabbit truck make my list. Heck, what about the XR4Ti?
