I have an interview on Friday for a job in Reston. If I can get some decent pay with a large company it gives me reason to stay and finally move out. I don't need to go to Kuwait to advance my career. I need to get with a large promotion driven company, not some small ass company with no money, which is all I have ever known.

It's well and good that you enjoy spending time with each other but I think you're overstating her role in your life. This seems to be especially true when you hold your status for her in reltaion to her status for you. I've let a lot of opportunities slip away in the past over girls and you know what? Big Fucking Mistake. The girl that won't help you become your best, either by not waiting, urging you to halt your own progress in the name of her motivation, or whatever reason, isn't worth choosing around. If she can't be faithful for a year how in the hell do you expect to plan a lifetime together? The girl that IS worth your time won't work against you - she'll help you make more of yourself. She'll tell you to do what would be good for you, and this definitely would be, she'll tell you'll she'll miss you, she'll tell you it'll be hard... but she'll tell you you'll work through it together.
